The information on this website is provided for general information about our BMS services. Content is prepared with reasonable care but is not intended as engineering advice for any specific building — every project is bespoke and quoted on a site-by-site basis. Do not rely on the website in place of a written quotation, specification or contract.

Submitting the enquiry form or contacting us by phone or email does not create a contract. We respond to new enquiries within one working day. Any quotation we issue is valid for the period stated on the quotation and is subject to a site survey and written contract before works commence.

All commercial engagements — service contracts, PPM contracts, installations, projects, panel manufacture, call-outs and consultancy — are governed by a written contract signed between the client and BIAV Controls Limited. Where any inconsistency exists between this website and the signed contract, the signed contract prevails.

Standard commercial cover carried:

• Public Liability — £20,000,000
• Employers' Liability — £10,000,000
• Professional Indemnity — £10,000,000

Panels are manufactured to BS EN 61439 through our partner panel-shop. Electrical installation is carried out through partner electricians certified to NICEIC / ECS / CSCS standards.

All commercial work is priced on application. Bespoke pricing reflects the scope, location, plant configuration and access constraints of each site. Any indicative pricing shared informally is not binding until a formal quotation is issued in writing.
