What it is

A BMS installation is the full end-to-end delivery of a Building Management System: design of the control philosophy, manufacture of controls panels to BS EN 61439, containment and cabling, controller mounting, sensor and valve fit-off, software engineering, graphics build, commissioning, witness testing and formal handover.

    Panel design & manufacture

    Panels designed in-house and built by our panel-shop partner to BS EN 61439. Full drawing pack, GA, schematics and asset labels handed over.

  3. Step 03
    Containment & installation

    Containment, wiring and terminations carried out by partner electricians holding NICEIC/NAPIT/ECA/ECS/CSCS credentials — cabling segregation, earthing and labelling done to spec.

  4. Step 04
    Software & graphics engineering

  5. Step 05
    Commissioning

    Every point proved end-to-end: sensor to controller to graphic, and every valve, damper and interlock stroked and witnessed. Setpoints and schedules verified against the narrative.

  6. Step 06
    Handover

    O&M pack, as-built drawings, software back-ups, graphics screenshots, points list, alarm schedule and one-year workmanship warranty issued at practical completion.

How much does a BMS installation cost in London?

BMS installation is priced per project — panel counts, I/O counts, protocol mix, supervisor licence, graphics scope and commissioning duration all drive cost. Send us drawings or a points list and we'll issue a written quote on application.

How long does an installation take?

A small office fit-out can be delivered in weeks; a multi-riser commercial building or hospital plantroom is a phased programme measured in months. We agree the programme in writing before mobilisation.

Do you install both direct and as a subcontractor to M&E?

Both. A significant share of our installation work is subcontracted M&E delivery under formal contract, and we also work directly for end clients — landlords, healthcare trusts and building owners.

What warranty comes with the installation?
